Kelsey Stefan, M.D.

Dr. Kelsey Stefan brings a physician’s precision to skincare innovation. A Florida native from Tampa, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida (go gators!) before pursuing her medical degree at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. She is currently completing her specialty training in neurology while turning her passion for skin wellness into product development here at JellyCo.

A strong advocate for clean beauty, she ensures that every JellyCo product meets safety and efficacy standards. Having struggled with reactions to conventional skincare products, she understands firsthand the frustration of navigating a market filled with irritating ingredients. This drives her unwavering commitment at JellyCo to develop gentle, effective formulations that work for even the most reactive skin types. She believes clean beauty isn’t just about what you leave out, it’s about proper formulation, comprehensive testing, and transparent ingredient selection.
